About this relay
An entry and transit relay in Fukuoka, Japan, run by Osprey Digital Rights Foundation and first listed in Aug 2020.
As an entry relay, it is the first stop for people who connect through it. It sees their network address, but not who they are writing to or what they say. As a transit relay, it passes messages between other relays, and sees only where each one came from and where it goes next.
It was retired on Apr 29, 2023.
