About this relay
A transit and mailbox relay in Toronto, Canada, run by Hartmann College of Science and Engineering and first listed in Feb 2024.
As a transit relay, it passes messages between other relays, and sees only where each one came from and where it goes next. As a mailbox relay, it holds encrypted messages until their recipients collect them, and deletes each one once it has been collected, or after thirty days.
Its operator has withdrawn it from service for maintenance. Clients are not choosing it for new routes until the work is complete.
