About this relay
A community network’s relay, in a cabinet above a row of bars and arcades near the harbor. The network’s volunteers describe the neighborhood as loud, bright and very well connected.
As an entry relay, it is the first stop for people who connect through it. It sees their network address, but not who they are writing to or what they say. As a transit relay, it passes messages between other relays, and sees only where each one came from and where it goes next.
It is in service and carrying traffic.
