About this relay
An entry, transit and mailbox relay in Windhoek, Namibia, run by Windhoek Institute for Advanced Computing and first listed in Dec 2020.
As an entry relay, it is the first stop for people who connect through it. It sees their network address, but not who they are writing to or what they say. As a transit relay, it passes messages between other relays, and sees only where each one came from and where it goes next. As a mailbox relay, it holds encrypted messages until their recipients collect them, and deletes each one once it has been collected, or after thirty days.
It was removed from the directory on Jul 27, 2025.
