About this relay
An entry and transit relay in Busan, South Korea, run by Visser College of Science and Engineering and first listed in Dec 2022.
As an entry relay, it is the first stop for people who connect through it. It sees their network address, but not who they are writing to or what they say. As a transit relay, it passes messages between other relays, and sees only where each one came from and where it goes next.
It has not responded since Oct 12, 2026 and has been withdrawn from new routes until it returns.
