About this relay
An entry and mailbox relay in Barcelona, Spain, run by Distributed Systems Lab, Fairweather University and first listed in Aug 2013.
As an entry relay, it is the first stop for people who connect through it. It sees their network address, but not who they are writing to or what they say. As a mailbox relay, it holds encrypted messages until their recipients collect them, and deletes each one once it has been collected, or after thirty days.
It was retired on Jun 16, 2017.
