About this relay
The northernmost relay in the network, in a converted mine above Longyearbyen. In its first winter it ran for eleven weeks while snow kept anyone from reaching the site, and nobody noticed until spring.
As a transit relay, it passes messages between other relays, and sees only where each one came from and where it goes next.
It is in service and carrying traffic.
